Services Provided

From Assignment To Closing, Rest Assured We Will Take Care Of Every Little Detail

The following is a list of services we will provide your company, but is in no way all-inclusive, as we will take care of every necessary step to ensure quick and hassle-free sales of your REO properties.

  • Upon receipt of the assignment, we will drive-by the property to determine the occupancy status. Upon request, we will create a BPO. If occupied and upon your company´s approval, we will negotiate with debtor to insure quick vacancy of the property.
  • Once vacated, we will rekey, and secure the premises. We will also create an updated Broker Price Opinion, take photographs of the interior, create an itemized list of necessary and recommended repairs, all of which will be forwarded to you via e-mail or hard copy.
  • Any concerns as to the property´s condition, including foundation, termites, damage, etc. will be provided in writing. We will also meet licensed vendors at the property to obtain written estimates, which will be forwarded to your company for approval.
  • Upon formal listing of the property, we will transfer all utilities, pay monthly invoices as due and remit for reimbursement to your company. We will forward all copies of bills and our checks.
  • Upon request by your company, we will order the clean-up and/or order repairs made to the property.
  • All properties will be placed in multiple MLS websites, RES.NET, USRES, and several REO and foreclosure websites.
  • We will check on the property twice a week to ensure its security.
  • We will develop a specific marketing strategy for each property, to expose the property to as many prospective buyers as possible. Competitive marketing strategies will include; open houses, online and print advertising, letters and postcards to the neighboring area, and networking.
  • Monthly written reports will be sent to your company, customized to your specifications.
